California districts must measure school climate and parent engagement for LCAP, but how do we, really, capture these elusive intangibles? How can we turn engagement and climate indicators into levers for improvement? How can these Dashboard indicators help us prioritize equity and better serve our most vulnerable students and families? You’ll learn from forward-thinking leaders who have proven systems to address these questions, and more. This session features two superintendents who use stakeholder feedback to increase engagement and enhance equity. You will hear about their experience integrating stakeholder voice, and share your own perspectives, challenges, and victories.
