Our world is rapidly changing due to generational, technological, global, economical, and organizational changes. As chief executive officers of our school districts, we need conversational skills to continue making personal, meaningful, and engaging connections with stakeholders. The four elements (intimacy, interactivity, inclusivity, and intentionality) I’d discuss during the breakout session will help Superintendents with specific behaviors and strategies to support conversational leadership in their school districts. I believe this topic would be of interest to other Superintendents, which is why I am interested in presenting this content for their continued learning.
